Please follow these instructions to make your hotel reservations. 

 

1. Go to the Casa Monica website.

2. On the bottom left-hand side of the page, please enter your arrival date and select the number of nights you will be staying. 

3. A box will pop up with your arrival and departure dates, and you will see a drop down menu with “negotiated rates.” 

4. Click on the “Group” option and enter the group code UFL.  The screen will reflect the $159 group rate and allow you to book your reservations.

 

Please note:  If you wish to arrive early, or stay a few days after the conference, the Casa Monica welcomes reservations beginning Thursday, June 4th, through departure Sunday, June 14th. Rates are as follows:

Thursday, June 4: Conference rate of $159

Friday, June 5 - Saturday, June 6: Discounted weekend rate of $199

Sunday, June 7 - Thursday, June 11: Conference rate of $159

Friday, June 12 - Saturday, June 13 (departing by checkout time on Sunday, June 14): Discounted weekend rate of $199

Beyond these dates, the Casa Monica reverts to its regular commercial rate.
