In order to have your paper included in the proceedings, you must register for the conference. The conference registration site is coming soon.
Instructions for Formatting and Final Upload of Camera-Ready Paper
Upon acceptance, please format your paper according to the LCNS default author instructions, with the exception that your paper must be limited to nine pages. Please carefully follow the instructions for text and graphics included in the author instructions. The deadline for camera-ready paper upload is April 2.
WSOM requires that you use the LCNS style files, and LCNS recommends that you use LaTeX2e. You may download LaTeX2e here:

If you have difficulty downloading these files, you may download them directly from LCNS. On the right side of the page are all of the available downloads.
Once you have formatted your camera-ready paper, please upload it to your account here:

As soon as possible after you have successfully uploaded your camera-ready paper, please submit the following, with the subject line: "WSOM [your paper number]" to julie@cnel.ufl.edu.
(a) Completed copyright form.
(b) Source (input) files:
(i) For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
(ii) Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source filesand that are not generally available at CTAN.
(iii) Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX).
(iv) Final PDF file (for reference).
(v) RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
LCNS will not publish your paper without the copyright form and all of the required source files.
Publication
Papers accepted for the WSOM 09 Proceedings will be published in the Springer series, Lecture Notes in Computer Science. Registered authors will receive a hard copy proceedings volume, and the proceedings will be available also in full-text electronic format via Springer's internet platform, www.springer.com.
